Flop Culture is a new project, spearheaded by two journalism students, to revive the dying art of negative criticism. Over the past years, critical and analytical journalism has been sacrificed for the sake of clicks, likes and PR. Churnalism has taken over a once well-respected industry and what’s left of honest criticism is fading out as a result.
This blog is here to deliver the hard-hitting opinions, honest criticism and a soft-padding of clickbait features, because we too need to make a living. We have no malicious intentions in writing any of our reviews and, as always, everything we write will be opinion-based, bordering on satirical.
